Many community leaders are inspired and committed to foster change, but have lacked the chance to develop their ideas and approaches. Further, grassroots activists are increasingly frustrated by the lack of focus on rights and social entitlements and overemphasis on narrow HIV service provisioning. We wish to address this issue by

• Providing close handholding support
• Assigning mentors who guide and support the project besides serving as sounding boards for ideas, offer psychosocial support and link them to other resources
• Fostering a platform for emergent leaders among gender/sexual minority and sex worker groups with vision and concrete ideas for bringing about social change
